TIBOR SPIEGEL
Rođen 1956. godine u Subotici. Nastupao je kao tinejdžer u grupi SUPER SESSION sa Tiborom Levaijem, kao i na OMLADINI 1979, u pratnji grupe SANI iz Novog Sada. Osamdesetih godina odlazi u SAD gde završava studije na Montclair State College u Nju Džersiju (teorija i kompozicija). Postaje predavač na istoimenom sveučilištu. Kasnije radi kao dizajner zvuka i MIDI konsultant za sintisajzerske programe (radi muziku za filmove i TV u SAD i Novom Sadu). Danas se bavi ambijentalnom muzikom, jazz-rokom i new-age muzikom.
TIBOR SPIEGEL
Tibor is originally from Yugoslavia where he earned a BA in Composition and Conducting and worked as a staff composer for RTV NoviSad. Since immigrating to the US, he has earned two Masters Degrees from Montclair University, NJ in Music Composition and Communication Broadcasting. He also holds a mini-MBA from Rutgers University, NJ. Tibor is certified in all levels of AVID Media Composer and Newscutter. Since 1999 he trained staff of all major US networks and cable channels; all five branches of the US military; members of Secret Service, FBI, CIA, Embassy in Baghdad and the royal videographer of QATAR. For the past ten years he has also served as an adjunct lecturer for CUNY.
Tibor is fluent in Serbo-Croatian and Hungarian and has contributed documentaries for DUNA TV-Budapest. Currently he is a fully accredited US correspondent for Magyar Szo, a Hungarian daily published in Serbia. During his last F/T position as Executive Director of CTV, Staten Island's Community Access TV, he designed and implemented a 1.8 million USD move from analog to digital and sponsored the 2005 Guiness World Record longest TV talk show (33 hrs non stop) marathon featuring Frank Morano producer of the WABC radio Curtis Sliwa show.
Besides his love of teaching video editing, Tibor is currently developing/producing a cable series Overnite Shift, writing a book My 25 Years in America and recording his second CD of original music. And when he has free time left, he plays the Roland digital piano he got when Whitney Houston auctioned off her touring gear in 2007.
